about

The US government and multinational corporations are content with keeping us consuming goods and remaining aloof to what’s going on around us. As long as the American people are getting drunk, eating fast food, consuming goods, and fucking they are happy and we’re oblivious. We need to step away from that oblivion and realize that though there are powerful forces keeping us in place, we make our own choices in this life and we all too often happily accept the easy path that is presented to us and then play the victim when our easy choices lead us into disease, addiction, or misery. Its time to take ownership of our actions and accept that the powers that be are not the only ones to blame.

lyrics

The Victim
(Music: Deathsnake/Lyrics: 9 Volt)
We are all victims of the choices that we make (x4)

“I guess that makes it a victimless crime
because I only fucked over myself”
Well its time for you to own up
because what you did you did to yourself

So now its time - time to own up
Time to own up for what you’ve done
Take responsibility and turn it around
The damage you’ve done to yourself

We are all victims of the choices that we fucking make!
